Visor-Ex® 01 is a unique smart glasses and smartphone solution designed for service technicians. It allows them to connect to expert support and access relevant information while keeping their hands free for work. The lightweight headset offers high-quality audio and video communication and includes an optical zoom lens for laser scanning on-site. It is a distributed system that shifts most of the weight of the system away from the head, and is designed for easy access, intuitive operation, and comfortable wear.
One major feature is “See What I See” (SWIS), which allows remote experts to see exactly what the on-site technician sees through two centered built-in cameras located just above the eyes. This enables a new level of remote collaboration and troubleshooting within a team.
